Bone Broth 101
2Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar 2 onions peeled and quartered 2-3 carrots halved 2 celery stalks halved
2 bay leaves
Himalayan Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: fresh ginger root and turmeric for a nutritional boost.
Place bones and remaining ingredients in crock pot and cover with water.
Place lid and cook on low for 24-48hrs.
Strain liquid and place in glass jar to cool then refrigerate.
Enjoy using it as a stock, sip it in the morning for optimal gut health or make bone broth rice!
